have you had your peaceful moment today?
10 minutes is so little compared to 24 hours in a day. yet recently i found myself being so “busy” that i can’t even give myself a 10-min peaceful break by simply doing nothing in that 10 minutes.
it’s an alert finding myself being literally on top of everything. but wait, it doesn’t mean that i have had everything done, instead being so edgy that i don’t have anything done. i need to go back to the routine of having at least 10 min or ideally 30 min with myself, either meditating or just sitting by myself without interference. i forgot keeping myself grounded is essential.
how about you? if you already have that cup of coffee for the day, how about the 10 minutes or more with yourself to collect thoughts or better yet observe those thoughts flow by?
